Second opinion

One week of full attention on a single funnel, flow or launch, ending in a written verdict you can act on.

When you do not need a project

Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need six weeks of design. You need someone to look hard at one thing and tell you what is wrong with it.

This is that. One week, one flow, and a document at the end that says what is costing you and in what order to fix it.

Ranked by cost, not by ease

Findings get ordered by what they are costing you — in conversions, in support load, in engineering time — rather than by how quick they would be to fix. Easy fixes get marked as such, but they do not get promoted for being easy.

What you get

A written verdict, findings ranked and costed, and a call at the end where you get to argue with the conclusions. No slides.

What is included

One week, one flow, undivided attention
Findings ordered by what they are costing you, not by how easy they are
A written verdict, not a slide deck
A call at the end to argue with the conclusions

Two project slots open from September

Have you got something that deserves doing properly?

Tell me what is broken, who it is breaking for, and what happens if it stays that way. That is enough for me to come back with a scope and a number.
